Your order will not be completed until you click on ‘Complete Payment’. If you leave the site before that, the purchase will not be completed. The system will immediately send you an order summary to the email address you provided. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will again receive an email with shipping information. Your order is not finally confirmed and completed until you receive this email.

You can pay with Danish and foreign credit/debit cards. Payment will be charged to your account at least one day before we ship the item.
Nyborg Destilleri arranges delivery with Post Danmark, UPS or GLS (unless otherwise stated).
The price of shipping is calculated at checkout. For orders to be delivered within Denmark’s borders, there is free shipping for orders of DKK 900 and above. However, this does not apply to gift vouchers.
For orders outside Denmark’s borders, shipping will be charged regardless of the size of the order.
Nyborg Destilleri packs and sends items within five working days after ordering. If delays occur, this will delay the delivery accordingly. Nyborg Destilleri cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies used. In the event of non-delivery, Nyborg Destilleri will send a new delivery free of charge. In some instances, delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands may take several days.
If you change your mind about your purchase (Right of Revocation
)When you shop with us, you can return goods within 14 days.
The revocation period expires after 14 days from the day you:
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org tel. +45 69 88 44 22. In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of revocation.
You can also revoke your order by refusing receipt of the item. You cannot revoke simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this.
You must return your item to us without unnecessary delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct cost of returning the item.
When returning an item, it is your responsibility to make sure that the item is packed properly. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item.
You will lose your right of revocation if you break the seal on the item.
If you refuse receipt of an item or do not collect it from a parcel shop, Nyborg Destilleri reserves the right to refund the purchase price to the customer, but less the shipping charges.
In the case of any agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled before dispatch, there will be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item. You are responsible for any damage that may occur to an item during transport back to Nyborg Destilleri.

What should I include when returning an item?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, together with the sort code and account number of the bank account to which a refund can be made.

If there is something wrong with the item (Right of Complaint)
The defect rules under the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchase of goods.
When you shop on nyborgdestilleri.com/shop , you of course have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that, depending on the specific situation, you can get the item repaired or replaced, or get your money back or a price reduction.
Obviously, the complaint must be justified and the defect must not be a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
How quickly do I need to complain?
You must complain within a ‘reasonable period of time’ after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
When shopping online, security is paramount. That is why Nyborg Destilleri chose one of the best security solutions on the market: the so-called SSL security system. The security system makes sure that all the information you enter (incl. credit card details) is encrypted, so other people cannot access it. Legal requirements for traders’ accounts dictate that we must keep your personal data for five years. The data is stored by hvidtogfrit.dk in a database in a secure server. Of course, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties.
